  • Available payment method is pay by credit card only.

2-1. I clicked on the purchase button but I'm not sure if the order is completed or not.

  • Once order is completed, you will receive Order Confirmation Email in response. Please confirm your mail box. If you do not have the order confirmation email received, please contact our Email Support for the further assistance.






Print At Home

3-1. Is it OK to print out ticket in black and white?

  • There is no rule of print color. Black and white is valid to use.







3-2. Ticket's print quality is not good but can I still enter the show?

  • There is no problem with admission, as long as the barcode or serial number is printed clearly.







3-3. There are some parts won't print on the ticket. What should I do?

  • If the ticket image is displayed on browser correctly, there may be a cloggin problem with printer or black toner is empty. Please check the print head or black toner. Also, there is no problem with admission, as long as the barcode or serial number is printed clearly.







3-4. How can I reprint ticket?

  • Please use the reprint ticket information (Reprint URL, User ID, and Password) stated in the order confirmation email.







3-5. Is printed ticket actual admission ticket or voucher?

  • The printed ticket is actual ticket to admission. No need of any exchange onsite. You can enter the show just showing the printed ticket.







3-6. The ticket has purchaser name printed. Is it ok to other people use?

  • Ticket can be used by other people even the purchaser name is printed on the ticket.

4-1. How can I view the ticket?

  • Please use the view ticket URL stated in the order confirmation email.







4-2. Is this ticket on smart phone actual admission ticket or voucher?

  • The ticket on smart phone is actual ticket to admission. No need of any exchange onsite. You can enter the show just showing the ticket on smart phone.

5-1. Is cancel or change available for online ticket?

  • Please note that online ticket is noncancelable once it's purchased.
