The entrance to the bar code ticket is the stadium street frontal entrance. The east entrance can not be entered.
There is no sale of "Elementary/Middle School" on the day of ticket sale period.
"FC Season Ticket" "Season Ticket" "Family Zone Discount" is not available on the online ticket.
The match will be held rain or shine.
You can not change or refund tickets after purchase, except in the case of game cancellation.
Bringing dangerous goods to the venue, pets excluding assisting dogs, listening dogs, and guide dogs will not be accepted.

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at entrance. A gate staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the stadium.

  • Show Ticket on Smartpnone

    Show ticket barcode on confirmation page after purchase or use a link in order confirmation email.
    Please check your phone has enough battery charged on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from a link in order confirmation email.
    Print out ticket on a paper.
    Please confirm that your ticket has the barcode and serial number printed clearly.
    There is no problem with monochrome printing.
