ART OSAKAチケットについて / About Art Osaka Tickets

本券は、Expandedセクション(クリエイティブセンター大阪(名村造船所大阪工場跡地)、kagoo(カグー)）とGalleriesセクション（大阪市中央公会堂）の入場券がセットになったチケットです。
3会場入場可能です。
入場は、終了時刻の30分前までです。
異なる会場については、違う日程での入場が可能です。
混雑状況により、入場規制を行う場合があります。
小学生以下は、無料です。但し、必ず保護者同伴でご入場ください。

This ticket is a set ticket for the Expanded section (Creative Center Osaka, kagoo) and the Galleries section (Osaka City Central Public Hall).
Admission to all 3 venues.
Visitors may enter up to 30 minutes before closing.
For different venues, admission is possible on different dates.
If the venue is crowded, visitors may be asked to wait for admission.
Admission for children in elementary school or younger is free, though they must be accompanied by a guardian.

乗船券について / About Boarding pass only

本券は、アートクルーズ＆トーク乗船券のみのチケットです。
トークの詳細については、webサイトのイベントページをご確認ください。
記載している時刻は出航時刻となります。10分前までに乗船場所にご集合ください。
乗船場所・出航時刻を十分にご確認ください。
未就学児以下は、保護者の膝の上に座る場合において無料です。
原則定時出航ですが、天候および潮の高さによって遅延する場合がございます。
出航時刻に間に合わない場合は、ご乗船出来ませんので予めご了承ください。その場合の返金はできません。
台風等による運休の決定は、前日の17:00頃にメール・webサイト・SNSにてお知らせいたします。また、中止となった場合の乗船料は、全額返金させていただきます。

Please be at specified boarding areas 10 minutes prior to departure times.
Please check the boarding locations and departure times carefully.
For preschool children and younger, there is no charge if they are seated on the lap of a parent or guardian.
Weather conditions and high tides may cause delays in departure times, but in principle boats will depart at specified times.
If visitors miss the specified departure times, they will not be able to board the boats. No refunds will be made in such cases.
If the decision is made to cancel tours due to typhoons or other hazardous weather conditions, ticket holders will be notified by email, and notices will be placed on the official website and relevant SNS accounts on or before 5:00 p.m. the day before. In the event of a cancellation, fees will be fully refunded.

お受取方法/Delivery

ご来館当日は、下記いずれかの方法で、各会場にてチケットをご提示ください。
係員がチケットのQRコードを読み取りましたら、ご入場いただけます。
On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the each venue.
A staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    ご利用当日は、充電が十分な状態でご来場ください。
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each venue and ship.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

    チケットは、申込完了画面またはご購入確認メールのリンクから印刷してください。
    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    チケットは、1人につき会場・船便ごとに発行されます。
    チケットはA4サイズの用紙に印刷してお持ちください。
    チケットはQRコードならびにQRコード付近のシリアル番号が鮮明に印字されていることをご確認ください。
    チケットの印刷はモノクロ印刷でも問題ありません。
    One ticket will be issued per person for each venue and ship.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

    - お手続き中の「お申込内容」とご入力された「お客様情報」にお間違いがないようご注意ください。

    お手続き内容をよくお確かめの上、お申込ください。

    - ご利用の環境にて「ticket.e-tix.jp＠etix.com」からのメールを受信できるよう予め設定をお願いします。
    　また、メールアドレスのご登録はお間違いのないようご入力ください。

    お申込手続き完了後、ご登録のメールアドレスに「ご購入確認メール」をお送りします。

  • お申込時の操作について

    - 発売時刻を過ぎても ｢チケット購入」ボタンが表示されない場合は、ブラウザでページの「更新」を実行するか、
    ブラウザのキャッシュ(インターネット一時ファイル)を削除して、再度販売ページを表示してください。

    - チケット内容が画面に表示されてから、15分以内にお申込手続きを完了してください。

    15分を過ぎますと、確保されたチケットが無効になりますのでご注意ください。

    - お申込手続き中、複数の画面を立ち上げたり、ブラウザの「戻る」ボタンで操作しないようお願いします。

    上記操作を行った場合、申込が正常に行われない事がございますのでご注意ください。

  • ・Tickets cannot be cancelled after purchase.
