- In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have taken various measures at this exhibition and have set a capacity for each time slot.
Please purchase a ticket with a specified date and time online or at the play guide before visiting. - During the exhibition period, day ticket can be purchased at the ticket window of the National Museum of Western Art. We will sell the nearest available time slots.
However, please note that the scheduled number of tickets may have been sold out at the time of your visit. - Visitors who are junior high school students or younger will be admitted for free.(A student ID or proof of age is required.)
- Disabled persons (along with one assistant) will be admitted for free upon presenting the Disabled Person’s Booklet or an equivalent form of government-issued ID.
- Students and faculty members at National Museum of Art Campus Member institutions do not need to make a reservation for specified date and time.
Please come directly to the museum and present your student ID or faculty / staff ID at the ticket office. Tickets can be purchased at the counter on the day of the event with a 200 yen discount. - You can also see the permanent exhibition on the same day of viewing this exhibition. However, you may have to wait for admission depending on the congestion of the permanent exhibition. There is no need to reserve a ticket for the permanent exhibition.

- Resale of this exhibition ticket is prohibited. Please note that we are not responsible for any troubles related to illegally purchased tickets.

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can proceed to the exhibition room.

About Cancel

- Cancel request will be accepted until 8:00 a.m. (JST) on the day of your visit. Cancel request afterwards cannot be accepted.

- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the "cancel request" is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
- (2) Refund confirmation email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL delivered in the refund confirmation email.
- (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.
Additional Information
