About Tickets
- At this exhibition, admission time is specified. You may have to wait to enter the exhibition depending on the crowd.
- Visitors who have Free-admission tickets, visitors who are junior high school students or younger and visitors with a Disabled Personfs Booklet or an equivalent form of government-issued ID (along with the one assistant) do not need any reservations. Please present the relevant identification/documents at the entrance of the venue.
- When using a student ticket, you may be asked to present a student ID as well.
- Reduction (100 yen off) applies to visitors who present the ticket stub of a current exhibition at The National Art Center, Tokyo; Suntory Museum of Art; or Mori Art Museum (Art Triangle Roppongi). Please show the ticket stub at the "BVLGARI KALEIDOS: Colors, Cultures and Crafts" exhibition ticket booth. No reservation is required, but you may have to wait to enter the exhibition depending on the crowd.
- Students, faculty and staff, of gCampus Membersh, can view this exhibition for 800 yen (students) and 2,100 yen (faculty/staff). Please purchase tickets at the "BVLGARI KALEIDOS: Colors, Cultures and Crafts" exhibition ticket booth. No reservation is required, but you may have to wait to enter the exhibition depending on the crowd.

- One ticket is valid for only one visit by one guest during the exhibition period.

Delivery Method
On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.

About cancel
If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

- Caution
- Cancel request will be accepted until 9:00 on the day of visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
- Please ensure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com".
- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- Cancellation procedure
- (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
- (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
- (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.
Notice
- You cannot change after you have made your purchase.
