"CVV" (Card Verification Value)
It is used as an extra security measure to verify card-not-present transactions. It helps verify that the person making the purchase is the actual cardholder.
How to authenticate CVV
In this service, in addition to the credit card number and expiration date, there is a field for entering a CVV code in the credit card information entry field. Please enter the CVV code printed on the credit card to proceed with payment.
*Please note that credit cards that do not support CVV cannot be used for credit card payments.

What is 3D Secure 2
- 3D Secure, short for “Three-Domain Secure,” is an authentication protocol designed to support the safety of online credit and debit card transactions.
- The 3D Secure technology vets transactions in real time by requesting additional identification steps from customers. This eliminates the majority of unauthorized transactions.
- *Starting October 1, 2024, enrollment for the 3D Secure 2 will be mandatory when making purchases with credit card payments. Credit card payments will not be allowed if you use a card not registered for 3D Secure 2 or a card not compatible with 3D Secure 2.
- Our online ticketing system supports 3D Secure 2 from VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and AMEX.

How to enroll for 3D Secure 2
- Please check your credit card company's website for details on the 3D Secure 2 service and how to enroll.
- *Some credit card companies and card types may not support 3D Secure 2. For details, please contact the card issuer listed on the back of your credit card directly.
How to use when purchasing tickets
- After entering your customer information and credit card information on the ticket purchase screen, the 3D Secure authentication screen (password entry screen) will be displayed, so please enter your password to proceed.
- *If you do not know the password for 3D Secure authentication, you will not be able to make a credit card payment.
- *The password or authentication code for 3D Secure authentication may be sent by SMS or email by your credit card company each time you make a payment. Please check with your credit card company in advance to find out how to obtain the password or authentication code for 3D Secure authentication.
- *Please note that the 3D Secure authentication screen may not be displayed correctly in the following cases:
1. If software to remove pop-up screens (such as advertisements) is installed.
2. If you have installed security software or have set the security level to "high."
3. If the cookie setting is not set to “enabled.”
