About Tickets
- Tickets go on sale at 10:00 on the first day of each month for the entry in the next month.
- Each person is limited to one ticket. Additionally, each person can only experience the MY CUPNOODLES Factory once.
- Tickets are available for purchase until 24:00 the day before. Sales will stop once the planned number of tickets is sold out.
- Tickets can only be purchased from this website. We do not accept orders by phone.
- If you have a disability recordbook, please purchase the "Persons with Disability Recordbook and One Caregiver" ticket type and present your disability recordbook upon entry.
- If you wish to receive a discount on the admission fee using a coupon, please purchase either the ‘Coupon Use Admission Fee Adult ￥100 Off’ or ‘Coupon Use Admission Fee Adult Free'. On the day of your visit, use the automatic ticket machine to issue the exchange ticket, then present the coupon you are using to the staff to exchange it for an admission ticket.
- High school students or younger can enter with an adult ticket, but the price difference will not be refunded.
- The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased for the same time slot by a group is 40.
- Regardless of whether it is paid or free, "Admission Tickets with MY CUPNOODLES Factory Voucher" cannot be transferred. Especially, reselling for profit on online auctions is prohibited. If it is found that the "Admission Tickets with MY CUPNOODLES Factory Voucher" has been transferred or resold, entry may be denied.

- Cancellations (refunds) after purchase are possible until 8:00 AM on the effective date of the ticket. Please cancel the ticket yourself.

- Pick up is only available on the day of use. Pick up is not available the day before or after the date of use.
- For each "Admission Ticket with MY CUPNOODLES Factory Voucher", you will be issued one admission ticket and one voucher, for a total of two tickets.
- If you use a coupon, you will be issued one admission exchange ticket and one voucher, for a total of two tickets.
- Procedure
- Pick up by entering your Confirmation Code on the touch panel of the Kiosk Machine.
- Confirmation Code will be notified by the Thank You Mail. Please be sure to bring Thank You Mail with you on the day.
- How to enter the museum
- Please present the QR code on your admission ticket at the entrance gate (2F).
- How to participate in MY CUPNOODLES Factory
- Please present your voucher to the staff at the entrance to the MY CUPNOODLES Factory (3F).
- Your voucher is only valid for the specified time. If you are late, you will not be able to participate the activity.

About cancel
If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.
To change the date or time, cancel your ticket before purchasing a new one.

- Cancellation requests will be accepted until 8:00 on the day of visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
- Please ensure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com".
- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- Cancellation procedure
- (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "Confirmation Code(Order ID)" on the cancellation form.
- (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
- (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.
Notice
- Tickets cannot be changed after purchase.
