◆「クレジットカード決済」でお支払いただいたお客様

※ご購入の際にご利用いただいたクレジットカードを通じて払い戻しを行います。
※弊社からクレジットカード会社への払い戻し手続き完了後、メールにて再度連絡申し上げます。
※クレジットカード会社の事務手続きスケジュールにより、請求自体が取り消される場合と、
　請求と払い戻しが別々の月になり、チケット代金のお引落し後に払い戻しとなる場合がございます。
　詳細はクレジットカードの利用明細でご確認いただくか、クレジットカード会社にご確認ください。

◆「d払い」でお支払いただいたお客様

※NTTドコモを通じて払い戻しを行います。
※弊社からNTTドコモへの払い戻し手続き完了後、メールにて再度連絡申し上げます。
※dポイントでのご利用分はdポイントを返還いたします。
※返還したdポイントの有効期限は、元の有効期限のままとなります。
※払戻し手続きの時点でdポイントの有効期限が切れ、失効していた場合は、返還できません。

* We will process a refund through the credit card you used to purchase the ticket.
* We will contact you by email after completing the refund procedure to the credit card company.
* Depending on the process cycle of the credit card company, the billing and refund might be settled on a separate month,
  and the refund be made after the ticket price is billed.
  Please confirm the execution of the refund and the date of refund on the billing statement.
