*If you plan to view the GENKYO YOKOO TADANORI exhibition first, please reserve the entry time in consideration of the length of time necessary to view the MOT Annual 2021 and the MOT Collection exhibitions.

*Visitors who see the MOT Annual 2021 and the MOT Collection first are also requested to go to the entrance to the GENKYO YOKOO TADANORI exhibition first to receive tickets for the MOT Annual 2021 and the MOT Collection. When entering the GENKYO YOKOO TADANORI exhibition at your designated time, please present your QR code and your received tickets for the MOT Annual 2021 or the MOT Collection.

This is a free service.
You can reserve up to five tickets (for Ticket Set A/B, up to two sets) a time.
Tickets are valid for one person per ticket (or per QR code).
Changes, cancellations, and refunds are not allowed after purchase.
Planned operating hours may be adjusted based on future conditions. Please check the latest information on the MOT's website.
Please come to the museum within your designated timeslot to prevent crowding when entering the museum. Crowding is expected immediately following the start of each designated timeslot. Please be aware that you may have to wait to enter.
Re-entry is not allowed.
Entry will be not be permitted if it is determined that a ticket has been resold to another person.
Please follow the various regulations related to entry and use of the facility. Please read the Request for Visitors.

Request for Visitors

Visitor access will be limited to the Main Entrance for the time being. The Park-side Entrance will be temporarily closed. After reopening, the museum will adhere to relevant guidelines and take necessary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We apologize for any inconveniences during this time and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Temperatures will be checked upon entry. Entry is not allowed for visitors who have a fever of 37.5 °C (99.5 °F) or higher. Please refrain from visiting the museum if you have a fever, a cough, a sore throat, or other symptoms.
Please refrain from visiting the museum if you have traveled within the past two weeks to countries or regions where infections are continuing to increase.
Please practice good etiquette by wearing a mask, avoiding coughing near others, and washing and disinfecting your hands. Visitors not wearing masks will kindly be refused entry.
Please try to stay at least 2 meters (6 feet) away from other visitors inside the museum.

Measures to Prevent the
Spread of Infections Indoors

Staff members conduct daily temperature checks and confirm that they are in good health
All staff members wear masks
Acrylic panels installed at counters
Disinfectant placed at the entrance to the museum
Thorough cleaning, disinfecting, and ventilation inside the building
Restriction of the number of visitors in order to prevent overcrowding (Please check our Twitter and other social media accounts for information about admission restrictions)
Signs advising people not to gather together in one place
Thorough disinfecting of rental items such as audio guides, wheelchairs and strollers
Visitors can no longer come in contact with exhibition items that can be touched by hand (These items may allow touching after being disinfected depending on the exhibit content)
Seats in public spaces have been rearranged to avoid face-to-face eating, drinking, and conversation
Suspension of use of hand dryers in restrooms
Coordination with the public health centers if visitors or staff members develop symptoms, and if necessary, this information will be announced on the website (Visitors are recommended to take note of the date and time of their visit)
 

How to receive your ticket

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.
