An "Reservation Confirmation Email" will be sent after you complete your purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
Reservations
Visitors are requested to make online reservations for a specific time slot before coming to the gallery. Visitors without advance reservations will be denied entry.
For groups of two or more, a separate reservation should be made for each person. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Visitors will be allowed entry to the gallery only at the time indicated by their reservation.
Please note that visitors arriving at the gallery more than 10 minutes after their reserved time may be denied entry.
In case of cancellation, please notify the gallery by the day before the reserved date: ticket@r.recruit.co.jp
Request to Visitors
Upon entry to the gallery, all visitors are requested to submit to a temperature check, sanitize their hands, wear a face mask, and maintain a social distance of 2 meters.
Persons with any of the following symptoms are requested to refrain from visiting the gallery: fever (above 37. 5℃), cough, sore throat, general fatigue, etc.
Visitors are requested to take all necessary precautions to avoid virus contamination while en route to the gallery.
 

Delivery Method

On the day of your visit, please show your ticket by either method below at the entrance.
A gallery staff will be scanning your ticket barcode before you enter the gallery.

  • Show Ticket on Smartphone/Device

    Show ticket barcode on confirmation page after reservation or use the link received in your Reservation Confirmation email.
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after reservation or print out later from the link received on your Reservation confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out the ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Make sure that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black-and-white printing is sufficient.

Notice

  • Please review carefully on your ticket selection entered before submit an order.
  • Please complete your reservation in 15min. from the Review Your Selection page has been displayed. Please note that after 15min. your reservation will time out and selected ticket will go back to inventory.
  • If the "reservation" button is not displayed after the reservation period start time, please “refresh” the page or clear your browser’s cache (temporary Internet file) and open the Online Tickets page again.
  • Please do not use more than one window to process the reservation. It may not process correctly.
  • A link to display your ticket will be emailed to you after reservation. Please add "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" to your address book to ensure it gets delivered.
