Information
- Reservations
- This site is only for making a reservation.
- Please pay the admission fee at the reception counter when you arrive.
- A reservation and payment of the admission fee are required for access to the museum cafe and shop.
Reservations are required of holders of complimentary tickets/members of the press. - Up to two persons may be admitted per reservation. Please do not make reservations for more than one time slot on multiple days.
- We do not provide group reservations.
- Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please inform us by email (cancel@haramuseum.or.jp) before the day of your visit.
To change the date of your reservation, please cancel it first, then go to the “Reservations” page again to make a new reservation.

*Free for Hara Museum members and students through high school every Saturday during the school term.
*Seniors 550 yen (70 and over with ID)
*Half -price for visitors with a Japanese Physical Disability ID and free for one caregiver.
Request to Visitors
- Make sure your visit conforms to the latest guidelines issued by the authorities.
- Please refrain from visiting if you have a cough, high temperature or any other symptom that may be connected with Covid-19.
- Temperatures will be checked at the door. If your temperature is 37.5°C or above, you will not be allowed to enter.
- A mask must be worn at all times while inside the museum.
- Please refrain from bringing large-sized luggage.
Please note
- An email confirmation will be sent to you. Please show a printout or smartphone screen image of the confirmation at the ticket counter on the day of your visit.
- Reservations cannot be transferred or resold. You may be asked for proof of identity at the reception counter.
- Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please inform us by email (cancel@haramuseum.or.jp) before the day of your visit.
To change the date of your reservation, please cancel it first, then go to the “Reservations” page again to make a new reservation.
Delivery Method
On the day of visit, please show your Reservation Confirmation Mail by either of the following ways at entrance.

Show on Smartphone
- Please check that your phone battery is sufficiently charged on the day of visit.

Print At Home
- Print out the order confirmation email.
- Make sure the confirmation email includes the following:Your name, booking number, date and time of visit and 10-digit serial number.
Notice
- Please review carefully on your ticket selection entered before submit an order.
- Please complete your reservation in 15min. from the Review Your Selection page has been displayed. Please note that after 15min. your reservation will time out and selected ticket will go back to inventory.
- If the "reservation" button is not displayed after the reservation period start time, please “refresh” the page or clear your browser’s cache (temporary Internet file) and open the Online Tickets page again.
- Please do not use more than one window to process the reservation. It may not process correctly.
- A link to display your ticket will be emailed to you after reservation. Please add "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" to your address book to ensure it gets delivered.
