【Timed-Entry Ticket】

  • ・In order to ease congestion at the venue, the number of visitors is controlled with one-hour time slot entry.
  • ・Tickets may not be refunded or reissued and bookings of date/time may not be changed after the application is completed.
  • ・Advance ticket and Timed-entry ticket are valid for the HEROES exhibition only. Additional entrance fees are required to enter Mori Art Museum, Tokyo City View, or Sky Deck.
  • ・Advance ticket and Timed-entry ticket need to be exchanged to Admission ticket at the ticket counter (3F, Roppongi Hills Mori Tower) on the day of your visit.
  • ・Please enter the exhibition within the 1-hour window of your booked date and time printed on your ticket. Early entry may not be permitted.
  • ・If and when you are late for the booked time slot, you may not be able to enter the exhibition. Tickets may not be refunded on this occasion.
  • ・For those who cannot book online, a limited number of same-day tickets are available on-site. Please be noted that the quantity is limited and the tickets may be sold out before your arrival.
  • ・Those who are above the elementary school age are required a ticket to enter. Children under the elementary school age are admitted free (no booking required) but are requested to be accompanied by a guardian.
  • ・If you are purchasing student tickets, please be sure to bring your ID.
  • ・Persons with disabilities and one accompanying person are admitted half of timed-entry tickets price each. Please present your Disabled Person’s Handbook or an equivalent form of government-issued identification at the ticket counter (3F, Roppongi Hills Mori Tower) upon your visit. No booking required.
  • ・Once inside the exhibition, visitors may stay without time limits until the closing time.
  • ・Number of tickets are limited per date and time slot.
  • ・Timed-Entry Tickets can be purchased until the end of each time slot if there are vacancies. Example: Timed-Entry Tickets for 10:00-11:00 AM on February 1(Tue.) can be purchased until 11:00 on February 1(Tue.).
  • ・Depending on the congestion at the venue, you may be kindly asked to wait to enter regardless of your allocated entry time.

Please refrain from visiting the exhibition if you are applicable to the followings:

　Any cold-like symptoms including but not limited to a cough, sneeze, runny nose or sore throat
Please wear a mask and practice cough etiquette.
Please refrain from talking in a loud voice and maintain physical distancing during your visit.
Please wash hands and use hand sanitizer regularly during your visit.
The staff wear face masks at the venue to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

Persons with wheelchairs or disabilities may have priority admissions as per the staff’s decision.
Although babies and children are welcome to be accompanied, you may be asked to leave baby strollers at reception depending on the congestion at the venue. Multifunctional restrooms are available for changing baby diapers etc.
For safety reasons, please store your suitcases, trolly bags and other large luggage in the coin-operated lockers or leave them at reception on the 52F. Umbrellas (incl. parasols) or long objects such as selfie sticks cannot be brought in the exhibition rooms.

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the ticket counter.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode before you enter the museum.

    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out the ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Make sure that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black-and-white printing is sufficient.
