What do I need to have to buy and print out ticket?

A computer connected to the Internet (Recommended browser is Internet Explorer6.0 or newer version) and a printer which is able to print out on A4 size of paper.

On the day of your visit, please bring your ticket just as it printed.

There is no problem if the barcode or serial number is printed clearly.

There are some parts do not print on the ticket. What should I do?

If the ticket is displayed on browser correctly, there may be a cloggin problem with printer. Please check the print head of your printer.

I purchased ticket but I have not print out ticket yet. Can I still enter the stadium if I bring a copy of Confirmation Email?

You cannot enter the stadium with a copy of Confirmation Email.
In the Confirmation Email, there is Reprint Information
- Your Ticket Link
- Your user ID
- Password
to reprint your ticket. Please use this reprint option and print out your ticket.

How to reprint ticket?

First, open the Confirmation Email and click on the Reprint Your Ticket Link.
Once login page is displayed enter your User ID and Password and click on submit button.
Then it will display your ticket on browser to print out.

How does it describe the abstract on credit card statement?
|

|
Credit Card Billing Statement will be recorded as following names.
For the use until April 30th 2015 will be recorded as "E-TIX ONLINE TICKET".
For the use after May 1st 2015 will be recorded as "TICKET GIANTS".
