- Ninja experiences require advance reservation. During the experience, participants are required to wear a helmet and pass through dark, narrow passages with slopes. For safety reasons, the following guests may not be able to participate in this attraction:
Guests Who Cannot Participate
For safety reasons, the following guests are not permitted to join the Ninja Experience:
・Guests using assistive devices (wheelchairs, crutches, baby strollers)
・Preschool children
・Guests under 110 cm in height (Elementary school children must be accompanied by a junior high school student or older)
・Guests with serious physical or mental conditions
・Guests who have difficulty walking independently
・Guests who are not in good health
・Pregnant guests or those who may be pregnant
・Guests who have severe fear of darkness or enclosed spaces
・Guests under the influence of alcohol
・Guests carrying dangerous or disruptive items
・Guests who do not follow staff instructions or disturb other visitors - Before You Join the Experience
Please review the following guidelines carefully:
・No refunds will be given if you retire or leave due to personal reasons.
・Violent or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal and notification to the police.
・Do not run inside the facility, as it is dark.
・Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited.
・Please refrain from posting spoilers of the attraction on social media.
・Guests with hearing impairments may have difficulty following audio guidance.
(We are currently preparing programs that are more accessible for hearing-impaired guests.) - Guests Who Should Contact Us Before Booking
To ensure your safety and comfort, please contact us via the inquiry form before making a reservation if:
・You use a hearing aid or cochlear implant (and can hear audio guidance in dark areas)
・You have difficulty communicating verbally

・Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking in the dark. (High heels are not recommended. Rental shoes are available if needed.)
・Please arrive at the reception desk at least 10 minutes before your reserved time.
・Late arrivals may not be able to join the experience.
・Suitcases and large baggage are not allowed inside. Please use the lockers provided.
・Guests who do not follow the organizer’s rules may be denied entry or asked to leave during the experience. - Late Arrivals
・If you expect to arrive late, please contact the Ninja Experience facility as soon as possible.
・If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your reserved time, your booking may be treated as a no-show and canceled without refund.
・Repeated no-shows or late arrivals may result in refusal of future reservations. - Lost Tickets
・Lost tickets cannot be reissued.

Admission Method
On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the facility.

- One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
- Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

- Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation e-mail.
- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.

About cancel
If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.
To change the number of people, date or time, cancel your ticket before purchasing a new one.

- Caution
- Cancel request will be accepted until 8:00 am on the day of visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
- Please ensure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com".
- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- Cancellation procedure
- (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
- (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
- (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.

- You cannot change after you have made your purchase.
