Ticket cannot be canceled or changed once the reservation process is completed.
One ticket is valid for only one visit by one guest during the exhibition period.
Free for children under 12.
Persons with a disability certificate and one caregiver are admitted free of charge. (include Mirairo ID)
Students are required to present their student ID (or equivalent) at the venue on the day of your visit.
Group ticket (for 20 or more people) are not available for purchase online. Please make a reservation by phone in advance and purchase tickets at the museumfs ticket counter.
Once purchased, ticket cannot be changed ticket type, refunded or reissued.
Simultaneously held Collection Exhibition can also be viewed on the same day with a ticket for this exhibition.
Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is prohibited. Please note that we are not responsible for any problems related to tickets purchased illegally.
Some of the works on display will be changed during the exhibition.

Delivery Method

On the day of your visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
Museum staff will scan your ticket barcode, and then you may enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of your visit.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.
