Reservations are not required for viewing however kindly be advised that you will be seated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Important information

〇Use of this Online Ticket Reservation
-An "Reservation Confirmation Email" will be sent after you complete your reserve. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
-Please do not open multiple screens or use the “Back” button on your browser during the application process.
-Please complete your booking within 15 minutes after your booking detail is shown.
〇Visiting the venue
-Please show your ticket reservation upon arrival at the venue. Please see ‘Ticket Presentation Methods” below.
-Transfer of resale of the reservation is not permitted.
-We may conduct identity verification at the reception.
-In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons, the exhibition may be closed temporarily. In that case, you will need to make a reservation again. Please also kindly take note that if the ticket holder is unable to attend the event due to unavoidable circumstances, a new reservation will be required.
〇Cancelling the reservation
-In order to allow more customers to enjoy this event, in the case of a cancellation, please forward the confirmation email sent to you after the reservation is made to the secretariat and notify us of the cancellation. (Please note that cancellations via a reply to the reservation confirmation email itself will not be processed.)

- Regarding reservations
- ・Please enter within 60 minutes of the reserved date and time.
・Reservations are limited to four persons per application.
・Please do not make reservations for multiple days or multiple time slots, or for groups of five and above in the same time slot.
・If the reservation is made in an improper manner, it may be declined.
・Group bookings are not accepted at the moment. - Viewing fee
- ・Viewing of this exhibition is free of charge.
・Anyone can view the exhibition if a reservation is made in advance.

Ticket Presentation Methods
On the day of your visit, please bring your reservation ticket and present it at the entrance of the venue using one of the following methods.

Show Ticket on Smartphone

- Show staff the QR code displayed on the order confirmation page or the page indicated in the link in your order confirmation email.
- One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
- Remember to charge your smartphone prior to your visit.

Print At Home

- Print out the order confirmation page or the page indicated in the link in your order confirmation email.
- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out the ticket on A4 or letter-size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Tickets may be printed in black-and-white.
Additional Information
- You cannot cancel after you have made your Reservation.
Please carefully review your Timed Entry Pass selection and billing information before submitting your order. - If the "Reserve Numbered Tickets" button is not displayed after the on-sale period start time, please refresh the page or clear your browser’s cache (temporary Internet file) and open the Online Tickets page again.
- Please complete your Reservation within 15 minutes from displaying the Review Your Selection page. Please note that after 15 minutes your Reservation will time-out and selected tickets will go back to inventory.
- Please do not use multiple windows to process the Reservation, or click on your browser’s back button. It may not process correctly.
- A link to display your ticket will be emailed to you after Reservation.Please add "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" to your address book to ensure it gets delivered.
