Notes

An "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent after you complete your purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
Tickets cannot be canceled, changed to another type, reissued, or refunded after purchase.
All prices include tax.
Admission is free for junior high school students and other youths age 0-15, as well as for visitors with disabilities and one caretaker. Please show ID.
Please show student ID for student admission.
Admission is reduced by 500 yen for Campus Members (including faculty). Please show ID to museum staff at the South Gate Ticket Office (discount only applicable to same-day tickets and cannot be combined with other offers).
Each ticket provides single-day admission for one person.
If the exhibition hall is crowded, visitors may be asked to wait to enter.
Collection Exhibitions are not being held at this time (the Collection Exhibition galleries have been entirely deinstalled for the Special Exhibition).
The exhibition schedule is subject to change, so please check the museum's website prior to your visit.
The unauthorized resale of tickets is prohibited by law; those attempting entry with unauthorized resale tickets will be denied.

Ticket Presentation Method

On the day of your visit, please present your ticket at the entrance in one of the following ways.
Museum staff will scan your ticket barcode and admit you to the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of your visit.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

  • You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
