No refund, exchange or reissue of special tickets will be given.

No videography, copying, or writing implements other than pencils allowed in the galleries. Photography allowed only where specifically indicated.
Do not touch exhibits.
Be mindful of other visitors.

Do not talk on the phone in the galleries. Eating, drinking and smoking are prohibited.
We take visitors’ temperature using thermometers. Visitors temperatures above 37.5 degrees (100℉) will not be allowed to enter the museum. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Personal information you provide such as name and phone number will be used only for the purposes of specifying the date and time of your visit.

  • ご注意事項（必ずお読みください）/Caution
    キャンセルの受付はご来館当日の朝8時までとなります。受付期間後のキャンセルはお受けすることができません。
    キャンセルの受付は日時指定券のみとなります。企画チケットのキャンセルはできません。
    「ticket.e-tix.jp＠etix.com」「support＠etix.com」からのメールを受信できるよう予め設定をお願いします。
    キャンセル手数料はかかりません。
    キャンセルは申込単位となります。一つのお申込でチケットを複数枚お申込の際は全てキャンセルとなります。
    キャンセルの取消しは出来ませんのでご注意ください。
    オンライン決済のチケットをキャンセルされた場合、代金はクレジットカード（d払いをご利用の場合はNTTドコモ）を通じて返金されます。

    （1）キャンセルフォームに、チケット申込時の「メールアドレス」と「お申込番号」を入力します。
    （2）「キャンセル確認メール」が送信されます。※この時点ではまだキャンセル手続きは完了していません。
    （3）「キャンセル確認メール」に記載のURLを開きます。
    （4）キャンセルする申込が表示されます。
    （5）申込の明細を確認のうえ、キャンセルを実行します。
    （6）キャンセル完了画面が表示されましたら、キャンセル手続き完了です。別途「キャンセル完了メール」が送信されます。

    (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.

    お申込手続き完了後、ご登録のメールアドレスに「ご購入確認メール」をお送りします。

  • お申込時の操作について

    - 発売時刻を過ぎても ｢チケット申込」ボタンが表示されない場合は、ブラウザでページの「更新」を実行するか、
    ブラウザのキャッシュ(インターネット一時ファイル)を削除して、再度販売ページを表示してください。

    - チケット内容が画面に表示されてから、15分以内にお申込手続きを完了してください。

    15分を過ぎますと、確保されたチケットが無効になりますのでご注意ください。

    - お申込手続き中、複数の画面を立ち上げたり、ブラウザの「戻る」ボタンで操作しないようお願いします。

    上記操作を行った場合、申込が正常に行われない事がございますのでご注意ください。
