About Ticket
- Paid tickets are required to access 4F.
- Children eligible for free entry are still required to have free tickets. Please apply for free tickets in the same time slot with the adult ticket, regardless of age.
- Elementary school students and younger cannot enter alone. Up to 3 children can be accompanied by each adult ticket holder.
- Free tickets have a maximum number for each time slot.
- When entering with a high or middle school student ticket, please present your student ID at reception.
- Changes to the date and time after the application are not possible. Please cancel by the day before and reapply for your desired date and time. Cancellations cannot be made on the day of the timed-entry ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
- You will not be able to enter once your designated time slot has passed. There is no set exit time. You are welcome to enjoy the event until the venue closes. Please note that during peak hours, staff may politely ask visitors to limit their visit to about an hour.
The film “KOKUHO” special exhibition
“5/513 Days” Ryo Yoshizawa ✕ Shunya Arai
Director Sang-il Lee, who helmed the film, commented on the official "KOKUHO" website, saying, "The decisive factor for the film adaptation was the presence of Ryo Yoshizawa. His captivating presence, which combines beauty and emptiness, is both alluring and stunning. Having steadily grown and evolved as an actor, this was truly a fateful encounter at the perfect moment." Ryo Yoshizawa, who left an overwhelming impression in the lead role, is the focus of this exhibition.
This special exhibition showcases photographs captured by photographer Shunya Arai during five days of the 513 days Ryo Yoshizawa spent preparing for and filming "KOKUHO."
The exhibition features carefully selected works from a booklet exclusively sold to Yoshizawa's fan club, along with several unreleased photographs.
Additionally, original merchandise such as clear files and ticket holders will be available for purchase.

- Children in elementary school and younger can enter for free, but please apply for a free ticket for each accompanying child.
- Up to 3 children in elementary school and younger can be accompanied by each each adult ticket.
- Please note that changes to the date and time of the ticket, as well as cancellations and refund procedures, must be handled by the ticket holder themselves.
- Please refrain from eating or drinking on the floors (4F) requiring tickets.
- There is no storage area available in Ginza Sony Park. Please use nearby coin lockers or other storage facilities.
- The event may be canceled without notice due to natural disasters such as typhoons. In such cases, no alternative dates will be scheduled. Furthermore, travel expenses, transportation costs, accommodation fees, etc. will not be compensated. We appreciate your understanding.
- Due to issues with exhibition equipment or content, some exhibits may be unavailable.

Ticket Presentation Method
On the day of your visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.

About Cancel
If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

- Cancel request will be accepted until 11:59 PM (JST) the day before the visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.

- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
- (2) Refund confirmation email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL delivered in the refund confirmation email.
- (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.
