About Ticket

Ticket cannot be canceled or changed once the reservation process is completed.
Participants in the Campus Members program, Grutto Pass ticket holders, and visitors eligible for discounted tickets are required to present appropriate identification (student ID, staff ID, discount voucher, etc.) and purchase tickets at the outside ticket booths at the National Art Center, Tokyo. You may have to wait to enter the exhibition depending on the crowd.
Those in junior high school or younger, visitors with a Disabled Person’s Booklet or an equivalent form of government-issued ID (along with the one assistant) may enter for free upon confirmation of the relevant identification/documents at the time of their visit. Please note that there may be a wait to enter the exhibition depending on the crowd. In addition, please check the exhibition website before visiting as there may be changes to the admittance guidelines.
When using a student ticket, you may be asked to present a student ID as well.

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

  • You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
