Online Ticket Purchase/Booking of Mori Art Museum and Tokyo City View

  • Admissions to Mori Art Museum and Tokyo City View are SEPARATE. If you are determined to visit both facilities, please purchase/book for both, separately. However, there may also be a chance where you could enter the "second" facility on the same day AND at a discount rate, IF the time slots of the other facility haven't filled up on the day of your visit. See details below.
  • No additional service fee for booking would incur.
  • You may purchase/book for up to five (5) persons at a time.
  • A ticket with a QR code can be used by one person for one-time, only.
  • Non-changeable, non-refundable. Tickets cannot be reissued.
  • gMori Art Museum + Tokyo City View Annual Passporth Holders, MAMC Individual/Corporate Members, Premium Passport Members, along those with complimentary tickets and/or discount tickets are required to book "Member Tickets / Others."

From Monday, August 3, 2020 onwards, ticket sales/bookings are to start at 10 a.m. of every Monday [JST] for admissions of the FOLLOWING Monday through Sunday (i.e. for admissions from Monday, August 10 through Sunday, August 16).
* Purchase of tickets, if still available, can be made until the 15 minutes in, of a time slot.
* Ticket sales/bookings for a time slot will end once it fills up.

  • All prices include tax.
  • Free admissions for infants (under age 4), and no booking is required.
  • For Students/Seniors: Please bring a valid form of ID.
  • Admission fee (Adult: 500 yen, et al.) to the Sky Deck is separate. No advance booking is required, and the purchase should be made on site.
  • Admission fee to Mori Arts Center Gallery is also separate.
  • The disabled along with one accompanied person each, will be free of admission fee upon presenting Disabled Personfs Handbook or an equivalent form of government-issued ID. No booking is required.
  • Annual Passport Holders, MAMC Individual/Corporate Members, Premium Passport Members, along those with complimentary tickets and/or discount tickets of Mori Art Museum and/or Tokyo City View, are also requested to book the visit in advance. Select "Member Tickets/Others" for booking. Note the booking is also required for every accompanying guest. Those with discount tickets are required to pay the difference at the ticket counter on the day of your visit. Be sure to bring and present your membership ID and/or complimentary/discount tickets at the counter on your visit, or admission will be declined.
  • Mori Art Museum's Audio Guide is a web-application available for the Museum visitors. As it is via web application, visitors are requested to use their own devices.
  • Purchase of Audio Guide is also available at the venue on the day of your visit.
Additional tickets
Those who have tickets for one facility (either Mori Art Museum OR Tokyo City View Indoor Observation Deck) may get into the gotherh facility at a discount price ONLY IF the time slots of the gotherh facility havenft filled up completely on the day of your visit. Visit the ticket counter on the day of your visit to inquire, should this be of your interest.

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the ticket counter.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode before you enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received on your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out the ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Make sure that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black-and-white printing is sufficient.
