Persons with disability and one person accompanying them are admitted free of charge.
College, university and high school students, citizens of Matsumoto City who are older than 70, please show your I.D.
Junior high school students or younger accompanied by an adult, please apply for free admission.
Discount tickets are not avalable online for group visitors.
Once issued, tickets cannot be refunded.
Admissions may be restricted if the museum is overcrowded.
Photography is not allowed whether by camera, video, smart phone or any other means and using any kind of writing implements, apart from a pencil, is not allowed in the exhibition rooms.
Please do not touch the exhibits, the walls or the cases.
Where there is a boundary, please enjoy the works from behind the white tape. Museum staff may inform you if you are too close to an exhibit.
Using mobile phones or smart phones is not allowed in the exhibition rooms.
Eating, drinking, including candy and gum are not allowed in the museum. Smorking is not allowed in the museum premises.
Please respect other visitors and enjoy the exhibition quietly.
Please follow the instructions of the museum staff.

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance counter.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket QR code then you can enter the museum.

    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.
