Visitors with disability certificates are eligible for free admission, while one helper will get a 200 yen discount from each fee.
When you arrive at the museum, please show the staff either digital copy of your reservation voucher on your smart phone or other device or bring a print-out of that page.Those without proof of their reservation will not be allowed to enter the museum.
University and high school students should be sure to bring their student ID.
In order to facilitate the museum management during this period, the various discounts that were provided will be temporarily suspended.

Please note that cancellations and refunds are not possible after a ticket is purchased.

Requests to our visitors

All visitors must undergo a body temperature check before entering the museum. Visitors who show a temperature of 37.5 ˚C (99.5˚F) or over will not be admitted. In the case of a group, the entire group will be unable to enter.
Please refrain from visiting the museum if you have a fever, cough, sore throat or headache.
Please refrain from visiting the museum if, within the past two weeks, you have visited a country or region where the coronavirus is spreading.
Please distance yourself from other visitors by at least 1 to 2 meters.
Please cooperate with our efforts to avoid transmitting infection by washing your hands carefully and using the sanitizer provided.
In the galleries, please refrain from talking as much as possible.
Do not touch the works, display cases, equipment, and walls.

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance counter.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

  • Show Ticket on Smartphone


    Show ticket barcode on confirmation page after purchase or use the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.
  • Print At Home


    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the barcode and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

  • You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
