Night Sky tours Online Tickets

  • You are required to book online tickets in advance with date and time specified.
  • Rain or shine event / Cancelled in case of strong wind *Indoor events may vary from day to day.
  • This tour may be cancelled in the event of stormy weather. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
  • You will separately have to pay \500 for the parking fee at Tanigawadake Ropeway.
  • If you stay at a partner hotel, please be sure to purchase your ticket in advance at your hotel. When you show your ticket, the parking fee will be free.

About tickets
  • This event is reservation-only with designation date.
  • Ticket limit is up to 10 tickets per order.
  • The sale period is from 10:00 on the onsale date to 20:00 on each date.
  • The number of ticket is limited for each date, it is going to be off sale once its reached to capacity.
  • No refund is available.

Cancellation, changes and refunds are not possible after you have made your purchase.
Even in the event of delays to public transportation, online tickets cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. *If the facility has to be closed due to museum circumstances, we will refund the amount paid.

On the day of your visit, please show your barcode ticket by either method below.
Upon receiving your admission ticket, you will be able to enter.

  • Show Ticket on Smartphone

    Show ticket barcode on confirmation page after purchase or use the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

  • You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
    Please review carefully your ticket selection and billing information entered before submitting your order.
