Terms and conditions
- We will send an "order confirmation email" after purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
- Tickets are valid each per person for one entry only.
- Walk-in tickets for the exhibition are available from the museum ticket office. Please note that holders of tickets with pre-booked date and time slot will be given priority for entry. Busy hours may impose an admission control.
- The online-purchased tickets are only valid on the dates printed on the tickets. You will be denied entry on other dates.
- You may arrive at the exhibition during the designated time slot. Arriving outside this time slot may result in some waiting time before entry.
- There are no time restrictions on your gallery visit.
- High-school/university students are required to produce their student IDs at the admission.
- Junior high school students or younger are admitted free of charge.
- A disability certificate holder and two companions are admitted free of charge. Please present your disability certificate at the exhibition entrance.
- Group discount (adult 1,430 yen; student 770 yen) is available to groups of 10 people or more. Contact the museum in advance to apply for these rates and purchase tickets at the museum ticket office on arrival (tel: 0557-84-2511, MOA Museum of Art). This concession may not be applied in conjunction with other discount rates.
- Cancellation of online purchased tickets may be accepted until 8:00 a.m. of the designated visit date.
- Reselling the tickets for this exhibition is prohibited.

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the barcode and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.

About cancel
If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

- Caution
- Cancel request will be accepted until 8:00 a.m. (JST) on the day of your visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
- Please ensure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com".
- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- Cancellation procedure
- (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
- (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
- (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.

- You cannot change after you have made your purchase.
