"The Absence of Mark Manders" (Date-specific Ticket)

    ＊You can purchase a date-specific ticket for "The Absence of Mark Manders" here.

    ＊You can make reservations on the same day if there are reservation slots still available.

    ＊You can view "MOT Collection: Rewinding the Collection" with the purchase of any of these tickets. A ticket to "MOT Collection: Rewinding the Collection" will be distributed at the entrance to "The Absence of Mark Manders". No reservation is required to enter "MOT Collection: Rewinding the Collection".

About the Date-specific Ticket

"The Absence of Mark Manders" only has designated dates, so you may enter the exhibition between 10:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. as long as it is the same day. (The museum closes at 6 p.m. You cannot re-enter the museum.)

An "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent after you complete your purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
This is a free service.
You can reserve up to five tickets with a single application.
Tickets are valid for one person per ticket (or per QR code).
Changes, cancellations, and refunds are not allowed after purchase.
Planned operating hours may be adjusted based on future conditions. Please check the latest information on the facility's website.
Please come to the museum within your designated time to prevent crowding when entering the museum. Crowding is expected immediately following the start of each designated timeslot. Please be aware that you may have to wait to enter.
Re-entry is not allowed.
Entry will be not be permitted if it is determined that a ticket has been resold to another person.

How to receive your ticket

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

  • Show Ticket on Smartphone

    Show ticket barcode on confirmation page after purchase or use the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    手数料0円

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

Note：Credit Card Billing Statement will be recorded as "E-TIX ONLINE TICKET".

  • Tickets cannot be cancelled after purchase.
    Please carefully review your ticket selection and billing information before submitting your order.
  • A link to display your ticket will be emailed to you after purchase. Please add "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" to your address book to ensure it gets delivered.
