*Free for high school students, under 18, Campus Members.
*Persons with disability and one person accompanying them are admitted free of charge.
About tickets
  • All visitors must make an online reservation. Campus members and other pass holders along with visitors with disabilities who are eligible for free admission must also make an online reservation.
  • Entry times are staggered in one-hour increments.
  • After the time you booked, you can enter the museum. There is no limit on visit duration. When crowded, admission may be limited. You may be asked to wait for a while before entering.

Each ticket admits one person. Valid for the specified date and time. No re-entry allowed.
This ticket includes admission only to The Second of the National Crafts Museumfs Grand Opening Exhibitions: "I Wish I Had Something Like This in My House": A Collection of Intriguing Designs and Crafts.
No refund or reissue of this ticket will be given.
Still photography is permitted in the galleries with some exceptions.
No writing implements other than pencils allowed in the galleries.
Do not touch exhibits.
Be mindful of other visitors.
Follow instructions of the staff.
Do not talk on the phone in the galleries. Eating, drinking and smoking are prohibited.
We take visitorsf temperature using thermometers. Visitors temperatures above 37.5 degrees (100℉) will not be allowed to enter the museum. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please wear a mask in the museum.
Please check requests for visitors on our website before visiting the museum.
Personal information you provide such as name and phone number will be used only for the purposes of specifying the date and time of your visit.
However, such information may be provided to a third party if:
 1. required by law; or
 2. reasonably requested by the authorities including a health center.

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.
