About tickets
Please read before you purchase.
  • No expiration for the Online Tickets. (It is available to use from the day of purchase.)
  • For entering a building, please show the ticket on mobile device screen or show printed ticket. On its ticket, a ticket class (Adults, University students, Elementary, Junior High School, and High School students) and QR code must have displayed. Admission will not be accepted with order number or serial number.
  • Visitors can re-enter the museum on the same day. Please ask at the entrance/exit door.
    Only on the day of the visit, you can re-enter the museum. Please ask us at the entrance.
    ◎For a visitor with using the smartphone screen display ticket, we will give you a re-entry pass.
    ◎For a visitor with using the print out ticket, will give you a re-entry stamp on its ticket.
    * To re-enter the museum, either the pass or the stamp is required.
  • Students must show their student ID when entering the museum.
  • The category of “university student” means students of national/public/private universities, and universities run by incorporated administrative agencies and educational corporations.
  • For visitors with disability certificate and the group entrance of 20 or more, please purchase at the museum ticket counter.(9:30 am to 4:00 pm)
  • For a visitor with a disability certificate and one helper will be discounted as a half price of the day-of ticket(Adults:3,300 Yen/University students:2,200 Yen/
    Elementary, Junior High School and High School students:550 Yen).
  • For a group of 20 or more people will be discounted as 10% of the day-of ticket(Adults:3,300 Yen/University students:2,200 Yen/Elementary, Junior High School and High School students:550 Yen).
  • This ticket cannot be used in combination with other discounts.

Method of payment: Credit cards only.
Cancellation, changes and refunds are not possible after you have made your purchase.
Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is prohibited.
 

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance counter.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

  • Show Ticket on Smartphone

    Show ticket barcode on confirmation page after purchase or use the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the barcode and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

Enrollment for the 3D Secure 2 will be mandatory when making purchases.
Credit card payments will not be allowed if you use a card not registered for 3D Secure 2 or a card not compatible with 3D Secure 2.

  • You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
    Please review carefully your ticket selection and billing information entered before submitting your order.
