Printing Museum Exhibition Room (BF1) Apply for time slot tickets
- ・Reservations for time slot tickets to enter the Exhibition Room on the basement floor of the Museum can be made on this website.
- ・All visitors, including those with free admission tickets (invitation tickets, shareholder coupons, Grutto Pass, etc.) and those eligible for free admittance, are required to make a reservation for a time slot ticket.
- ・A time slot ticket is not your admission ticket to the Museum. You will need to purchase a separate admission ticket at the Ticket Counter when you arrive at the Museum.
- ・Time slot tickets will be offered in 30-minute intervals. There is no restriction on the amount of time that visitors can spend in the Museum.
- *Visit to the P&P Gallery (1F) requires a separate reservation for time slot tickets from the one for the Exhibition Room (BF1). Go to the reservation site from here .

Information
- Release date
- Time slot tickets for the next month will be released at 12:00 noon on the 1st of every month. (E.g., Reservations for entry during April 1-30 can be made from 12:00 noon on March 1)

Requests to visitors
- Please do not visit the Museum if you have symptoms such as a fever, cough or are feeling weak.
- The temperature of visitors will be read upon entry to the Museum. Visitors with a temperature of 37.5 degrees or over will be refused admittance.
- Visitors must wear face masks when entering the Museum.
- Please cooperate by washing your hands and applying alcohol-based hand sanitizers.
- Please ensure you keep a distance of two meters between yourself and others.
- Please do not touch the exhibits, exhibit cases, equipment or walls.
- Entrance restrictions may be enforced in each of the facilities.
- Please note that in the event that a person infected with COVD-19 is discovered in the Museum this information will be posted on the Museum website. Visitors are requested to make a note of the date that they visit the Museum. Please check the Museum website regularly and in the event that a case of infection is reported contact the consultation point of your home prefecture or city.
Attention
- An "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent after you complete your purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
- No cancellations or date changes can be made after the application has been made.
- After arriving at the Museum, please show the QR code from the reservation confirmation email, which will be automatically sent once you complete a reservation.
- Transfer or reselling of reservations is strictly prohibited.
Ticket Presentation Methods
Present your ticket to museum staff at the entrance, either electronically or with a print-out.
Museum staff will scan your QR code prior to admission.

- Show staff the QR code displayed on the order confirmation page or the page indicated in the link in your order confirmation email.
- One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
- Remember to charge your smartphone prior to your visit.

Print At Home
- Print out the order confirmation page or the page indicated in the link in your order confirmation email.
- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out the ticket on A4 or letter-size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Tickets may be printed in black-and-white.
Additional Information
- Tickets cannot be cancelled after purchase.

- Please complete your purchase within 15 minutes from displaying the Review Your Selection page. Please note that after 15 minutes your session will time out and all tickets will be removed from your cart.
