About tickets
- In order to avoid congestion in the exhibition rooms, this exhibition has a date and time reservation system on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays only.
- Visitors of high-school age and younger will be admitted free. (Timed-entry reservation required on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
- Pre-school children don't require timed-entry.
- Admission free for visitors (and one accompanying person) with a Physical Disability Certificate, Intellectual Disability Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, Mental Disability Certificate, or Atomic Bomb Survivor's Certificate. (Timed-entry reservation not required) Please go directly to the entrance.
- Free admission ticket holders are required to make a reservation for a specific date and time to visit on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Please be sure to make a reservation (free of charge) for a specific date and time from the official ticket website in advance. Please be sure to bring your free admission ticket when you visit the exhibition. Admission cannot be gained by using only the QR code for date/time-specific reservations.
- High school students, college and vocational school students, persons 65 years old and over, and persons with various types of disabilities must present proof of their disability.
- Valid for one person per ticket during the exhibition period, and valid only on the day of admission.
- Please note that you may be asked to wait for admission due to congestion at the venue.
- We recommend making reservations and purchases as early as possible, as reservations and purchases are more likely to be unavailable on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and at the end of the exhibition period.
- Resale of tickets for this exhibition is prohibited. Please note that we are not responsible for any problems related to tickets purchased illegally.

- Purchasing tickets/time reservation
- QR tickets can be purchase/ booking, maximum number is five per each purchase/booking.
- One QR code will be issued per QR ticket purchased or booked.
- Bookings for a designated date and time are only applicable to the following:

- Management of QR tickets
- QR tickets are the sole responsibility of the purchaser or owner. In the event that multiple copies of the same QR ticket exist, only the first ticket used is valid for entry. Thereafter, entry will not be permitted for the same QR ticket, even if you were the purchaser. The organiser and E-tix are not responsible for any problems caused by the duplication of QR tickets.
- Admission
- Please note that there may be a wait to enter a room immediately after the start of each time slot, as the room will be crowded. Visitors may enter at any time during the booked hours, and we ask for your cooperation in staggered entry (there is no changeover system).
- On the day of your visit, please display the original QR ticket or the QR ticket from your booking/ purchase email.
- If you have a free admission ticket and have made a booking, please be sure to bring your free admission ticket with you on the day of the event. Tickets on their own are not valid for entry.
- High school students, college students, vocational school students, 65 years old and over and all kinds of disability certificate holders must present their own ID or disability certificate respectively.
- QR tickets are valid only for the designated date and time of purchase/booking. QR tickets will not be valid after the date and time of purchase/booking. You will not be allowed to enter the venue before the designated time.
- Re-entry is not permitted.

- Cancellation
- Once the purchase or reservation are confirmed and a QR ticket is issued, no cancellations or refunds are allowed. In addition, the ticket type cannot be changed and the number of tickets cannot be increased or decreased. Furthermore, the ticket purchased or reservation for a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the date and time cannot be changed. Please check the reservation details carefully before purchasing.
- Cancellations and refunds are not possible even if duplicate purchases and reservation are made for some reason.
- After clicking "Reserve" or "pay "on the reservation confirmation screen, the reservation is confirmed. The screen may turn white due to the communication environment or other factors. If the screen turns white or you are unable to proceed to the next page due to your communication environment or other reasons, your purchase may have been confirmed. Please be sure to check the status of your QR Ticket application before re-purchasing through "Purchased Ticket Status Inquiry" or "Email Support" at the top of this page. Even if you have not received an e-mail, your purchase or reservation may have been confirmed.
- Prohibitions
- The purchase/reservation of QR tickets for commercial purposes and resale of such tickets is prohibited.
- The organizers reserve the right to invalidate any QR ticket that is deemed to have been created or obtained illegally due to theft, forgery, etc. The organizer and E-tix will not exchange these QR tickets.
- Please note the following in the exhibition hall
- Please do not touch the exhibits or the display cases.
- Please refrain from talking on cell phones and other such devices in the venue.
- Photography is not allowed in the venue. Nor can they be copied. Please refrain from using any writing utensils other than pencils.
- Please refrain from eating and drinking in the exhibition hall.
- Please follow the instructions of staff and do not disturb other visitors.
- Temperature, humidity, and lighting in the exhibition hall are controlled in accordance with the lending conditions of the artworks' owners. It may not has ideal environment to your visitors.
