About tickets
- Payment by credit card only.
- Reservation can be cancelled only once. Cancel request will be accepted until 8:59 am on the day of your visit.
- We have an admission slot for same-day tickets. Please purchase at the reception on the day. However, please note that sales of the planned number may have ended at the time of your visit.
- No reservations are needed for preschool-age children.
- May 10 (Friday) , People aged 65 and over are free to enter and no reservations are required.
- May 15 (Wednesday) commemorates International Museum Day, so admission is free and reservations are not required.
- If you have an invitation ticket, you do not need to make a reservation. Please come directly to the venue. However, you may have to wait depending on how crowded the venue is.
- On the day of the visit, students are asked to present their school ID card.
- On the day of the visit, seniors are asked to present their ID card.
- On the day of the visit, those with disabilities are asked to present their disability certificate. Disability certificate holders of college age and below are admitted free of charge (+free admission for 1 caregiver)
- For groups of 20 or more, please contact the Setagaya Literary Museum in advance.

Request to Those Entering the Museum
- In order to avoid crowding in the exhibition room, we may unavoidably limit the number of visitors.
- Parking spaces are limited. Please use public transportation.
- The exhibition period and content may be changed or canceled without notice. Please check the Setagaya Literary Museum website before visiting.
Please note
- We will send an "order confirmation email" after purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
- Please present your smartphone screen with the timed entry ticket or a print-out at the entrance to be scanned. Entry will not be permitted without a timed ticket.
- Reservations are only valid for the appointed date (re-entry is not permitted).If you can't come at the reserved time, you can enter only on the designated day, but you may have to wait if it is crowded.
- Please enter within the reserved time. There is no time limit for leaving the museum as long as it is within the opening hours.
- You are welcome to view the Museum Collection exhibition on the day of your visit to the special exhibition.
- Reservations cannot be made by telephone.
- No reservations are required to view the Museum Collection.
- Personal information (name, telephone number, etc.), which is provided by the visitor when making a reservation, is used solely for reservation purposes. However, personal information may be presented to a third party in the following cases:
1. In connection with a legal investigation
2. When requested by a public institution (health care center, etc.) with a valid reason
Delivery Method
On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.

About cancel
If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

- Caution
- Cancel request will be accepted until 8:59 am on the day of your visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.

- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- Cancellation procedure
- (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
- (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
- (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.
Notice
- You cannot change after you have made your purchase.
