About Tickets

This tickets sold on this website are timed tickets for admission to "Shinro Ohtake".
You can enter the venue anytime during time slot you have reserved. Once you enter you can stay as long as you like during opening hours. As the entrance is crowded at the beginning of each time slot, we recommend you to enter a little later than the start time of your reserved time slot.
This ticket includes same day admission to the "MOMAT Collection".
Online purchases must be made by credit card.

  • All prices include tax.
  • Admission is free for high school students, under 18, and those with Disability Certificates and one caregiver accompanying each of them. Please present ID at the entrance.
  • Including the admission fee for MOMAT Collection.

We will send an "order confirmation email" after purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
Each ticket admits one person. Valid for the specified date and time. No re-entry allowed.
No reissue of this ticket will be given.
If you are unable to visit during your selected day/time, please apply for the cancellation form below.
Still photography is permitted in the collection galleries with some exceptions.
No writing implements other than pencils allowed in the galleries.
Do not touch exhibits.
Be mindful of other visitors.
Follow instructions of the staff.
Do not talk on the phone in the galleries. Eating, drinking and smoking are prohibited.
We take visitorsf temperature using thermometers. Visitors temperatures above 37.5 degrees (100℉) will not be allowed to enter the museum. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Recommend to wear masks and practice good etiquette when coughing.
Please check requests for visitors on the MOMAT website before visiting the museum.
Personal information you provide such as name and phone number will be used only for the purposes of specifying the date and time of your visit.
However, such information may be provided to a third party if:
 1. required by law; or
 2. reasonably requested by the authorities including a health center.

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.
  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

About cancel

If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

  • Caution
    Cancel request will be accepted until 8:00 am on the day of your visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
    Please ensure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com".
    There is no cancellation fee.
    Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
    Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
    If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.
  • Cancellation procedure
    (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
    (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
    (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
    (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
    (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
    (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.

  • You cannot change after you have made your purchase.
