  • We now introduce advance timed-entry system for every 30 minutes to manage capacity in the museum.
  • All reservations for advance timed-entry must be made from this website. We do not take phone reservations.
  • This advance timed-entry system enables all visitors to either purchase "Timed tickets" or book "Date and time" of your visit(no reservation fee) from this site before arriving at the museum to ensure your entry.

    Payment for "Timed tickets" can be made only by credit card.
  • Reserve online & pay at the museum
    Please proceed “Date and time reservation”(no reservation fee) if you are visitors with disability certificates and their assistants, or visitors who purchase the same-day tickets on-site(including those who with discount tickets, repeater discounts or coupons).
  • Advance tickets, invitation tickets, and invitation letters do not ensure on specific date and time of your visit. If you have these, please proceed “Date and time reservation”(no reservation fee) in advance from this site.
  • Junior high school students and younger also need to make a date and time reservation. Please proceed “Junior high school students and younger :Date and Time reservation”(no reservation fee) in advance from this site.
  • Tickets cannot be changed, refunded or replaced once the application is completed.
  • Advance tickets are available from December 18th(Sat) to February 4th (Fri).

Reservations for Saturday, February 5th to Friday, February 18th can be made.

Reservations up to 2 weeks including the day of your application are available.
(Example:Apply on February 5th : Reservations can be made from February 5th-February 18th.
Apply on February 6th : Reservations can be made from February 6th-February 19th.)

You can purchase up to 2 weeks including the day of your purchase.
(Example: Purchasing on February 5th : Tickets from February 5th-February 18th are available.
Purchasing on February 6th : Tickets from February 6th-February 19th are available.)

10:00 - 19:00 (Admission to the exhibition room is 30 minutes before closing)

*If you are age 70 or older, university / high school / Junior high school students, or have disability certificates, you will need to present your required ID or a certificate such as your health insurance card, driver's license, Student ID, disability certificate, or other valid identification for discount.
About tickets
  • We will send an "order confirmation email" after purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from
  • Please present the ticket screen (QR code) on your smartphone or tablet, or a printed copy to the staff as well as advance tickets, invitation tickets, or invitations if you have for entry.
  • Cancellation or date / time changes cannot be made once the application is completed.
  • You can enter the exhibition room for 30 minutes from the specified time.
  • You can purchase / reserve up to 5 tickets per application.
  • Tickets cannot be refunded or reissued.

Please follow the displayed instruction at the museum and do not disturb other visitors.
Please do not touch the works, display cases, or walls.
Taking photographs or video recording, using mobile phones, drawing copies or using any writing tools other than pencils are prohibited in the exhibition room.
Eating (including candy and gum) or drinking are prohibited in the exhibition room.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, or non-transferable.
Please park at the nearby paid parking when visiting by car.
If we reach capacity, your entry time may be delayed.
Please wear a mask throughout your visit.

Delivery / Payment

Delivery Method
On the day of your visit, please show your ticket by either method below at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket QR code then you can enter the museum.

    Show ticket QR code on confirmation page after purchase or use the link received in your order confirmation email.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
  • Print At Home


    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

Note:Credit Card Billing Statement will be recorded as "E-TIX ONLINE TICKET".


  • You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
    Please review carefully your ticket selection and billing information entered before submitting your order.
  • If the "Buy Tickets" button is not displayed after the on-sale period start time, please refresh the page or clear your browser’s cache (temporary Internet file) and open the Online Tickets page again.
  • Please complete your purchase within 15 minutes from displaying the Review Your Selection page. Please note that after 15 minutes your purchase will time-out and selected tickets will go back to inventory.
  • Please do not use multiple windows to process the purchase, or click on your browser’s back button. It may not process correctly.
