All reservations for timed-entry must be made from this website. We do not take phone reservations.
For visitors with invitation tickets, invitation letters or tickets purchased at other places, please select “Date and time reservation only”(no reservation fee).
For junior high school students and younger, please select "Junior high school students and younger : Date and Time reservation only”(no reservation fee) .
For visitors who purchase tickets at the museum (including visitors with discount tickets or coupons) or visitors with disability certificates and their assistants (up to 1 assistant), please select “Date and time reservation only (no reservation fee).”

  • We will send an “order confirmation email” when the reservation is completed. Please ensure your e-mail setting allows you to receive it. Click herefor details.
  • Payment on this website can be made only by credit card or d-payment.
  • Please present the ticket (QR code) on your smartphone or tablet, or a printed copy to the staff along with the invitation tickets, invitations, or tickets purchased at other places if you have.
  • If you are age 70 or older, university / high school students, or have disability certificates, please present your required ID or a certificate such as your health insurance card, driver's license, Student ID, disability certificate, or other valid identification.
  • You can enter the exhibition room anytime within 30 minutes from the reserved time.
  • Reservation can be made up to 5 tickets per application.
  • Tickets cannot be changed or reissued.

Please note

Please follow the displayed instruction at the museum and do not disturb other visitors.
Please do not touch the works, display cases, or walls.
Taking photos or video recording, using mobile phones, drawing copies or using any writing tools other than pencils are prohibited in the exhibition room.
Eating (including candy and gum) or drinking are prohibited in the exhibition room.
Tickets are non-exchangeable or non-transferable.
Please park at the nearby paid parking when visiting by car.
If we reach capacity, your entry time may get delayed.

Delivery / Payment

Delivery Method
On the day of your visit, please show your ticket by either method below at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket QR code then you can enter the museum.

  • Show Ticket on Smartphone


    Show ticket QR code on confirmation page after purchase or use the link received in your order confirmation email.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
  • Print At Home


    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

About cancel

If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

  • Caution
    Cancel request will be accepted until an hour before the time of your visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
    Please ensure you can receive emails from "" "".
    There is no cancellation fee.
    Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
    Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
    If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.
  • Cancellation procedure
    (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
    (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
    (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
    (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
    (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
    (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.
