・Please collect your tickets at the ticket office, located on the right side of the theatre’s main entrance.
・Seats are located on the 1st or 2nd level of the auditorium.(3rd or 4th level of the building)
・No changes and refunds can be made after purchase.
・Customers with tickets for consecutive acts are asked to leave their seats once the corresponding act is over.
・If a refund is made for reasons such as performance cancellation, only the ticket price will be refunded. Costs other than the face value of the ticket (commissions, transportation expenses, etc.) will not be paid.
