Release schedule
- The following month's schedule (from the 1st to the last day of the month) will be released on the 10th of each month at 10:00 AM (JST).
- Advance tickets can be purchased up to the day before your visit.

- About the time indicated on tickets
- The time indicated on tickets is the entry period. Please entry within the time indicated on tickets.
- Waiting times during busy periods
- Weekends and opening hours are extremely crowded. You may need to wait 20-30 minutes before entry. Please allow extra time for your visit.
- Weather-related operations
- 'SORA' operates in light rain, but may be cancelled if heavy rain exceeding 10mm per hour or strong winds exceeding 10m/s are expected. Please check our official Instagram for the latest event information.
- Children's admission
- Children 12 years old and under must be accompanied by a guardian for entry.
- Parking Information
- Please use D Parking Gokoku Shrine Ohori Park South (5-minute walk from venue). *Please note that Fukuoka Art Museum parking closes at 9 PM.
- Customers who have purchased tickets for disabled visitors
- Please be sure to present your disability certificate or Mirairo ID when entering.

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.

- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.

About cancel
If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.
To change the date or time, cancel your ticket before purchasing a new one.

- Caution
- Cancel request will be accepted until 23:59 the day before the visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
- Please ensure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com".
- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- Cancellation procedure
- (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
- (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
- (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.

- You cannot change after you have made your purchase.
