- The tickets sold on this site are timed-tickets for access to "Hiroshi Sugimoto Gallery:Time Corridors" during the period as follows at intervals of 30 minutes.
- Cancellation requests will be accepted until 1 hour before the reservation time.
- Guests staying at Benesse House can watch it without reservation. Please make a request at the Hiroshi Sugimoto Gallery Reception Counter.
*If you wish to have a tea ticket, please pay separately at the lounge.

*Admission is free for children aged 15 and under, however child tickets required to enter the gallery. Please make a reservation through the online ticket.
Tea tickets are not included for children aged 15 and under. Please ask at the lounge for more information. - About tickets
- Admission intervals: every 30 minutes.
Online tickets are valid for 30 minutes from the reservation time written on the ticket.
There is no limit to the length of stay. - Purchase deadline: Until 15 minutes before the preferred time on the visiting day.
- Online tickets need to be exchanged for admission tickets to the gallery. Please visit the Hiroshi Sugimoto Gallery Reception Counter on the day of your visit to proceed to the exchange.
- Admission tickets can also be purchased on the spot at the gallery, if there are any tickets remaining at the desired timeslot. In case of sold out, tickets can not be purchased on the spot as well.

- We will send an "order confirmation email" after purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
- The number of people allowed to enter the museum during each timeslot is limited.
- The Chichu Cafe is located in the museum and can be used only after admission.
- Method of payment: Credit cards only.
- For cancellations and refunds, please visit here.
- During peak seasons, you may not be able to board the public transportation connection of your choosing (ferry, high speed passenger boat, bus etc.). Please allow plenty of time when planning your visiting schedule.
- Even in the event of delays to public transportation, cancell, change or refunde request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted. *If the facility has to be closed due to museum circumstances, we will refund the amount paid.
- The museum may check visitor ID. Please show appropriate identification (passport, student ID) at reception when required.
- Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is prohibited.

On the day of your visit, please show your barcode ticket by either method below at the Hiroshi Sugimoto Gallery Reception Counter.
Upon receiving your admission ticket, you will be able to enter the museum.

- Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.

About cancel
If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

- Caution
- Cancel request will be accepted until 1 hour before the reservation time. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
- Please ensure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com".
- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- Cancellation procedure
- (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
- (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
- (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.
Notice
- No changes can be made after placing an order.
Please carefully review your order details before proceeding. - If the "Buy Tickets" button is not displayed after the on-sale period start time, please refresh the page or clear your browser’s cache (temporary Internet file) and open the Online Tickets page again.
- Please complete your purchase within 15 minutes from displaying the Review Your Selection page. Please note that after 15 minutes your purchase will time-out and selected tickets will go back to inventory.
