About Tickets
- Works of the Collection exhibition will be rotated. The schedule is different for each exhibition room. Please confirm the website of the museum before purchasing tickets. For details, please visit https://tad-toyama.jp/en/exhibition-event/category/collection
- Valid for one person per ticket during the exhibition period, and valid only on the day of admission.
- Tickets for the special exhibition also include admission to the collection exhibition.
- Tickets for the collection exhibition cannot be changed for the special exhibition at an extra charge.

- Free admission both collection exhibitions and special exhibitions for the following visitors.
①Children, students (elementary, junior high or high school students, etc.) Please go directly to the information desk or the entrance of the exhibition rooms.
②Teachers escorting children/students for school activities or social activities. (Submission of admission free application is necessary.) Please go to the information desk.
③Disabled persons with any type of disability certificate and one accompanying person are free. Please go directly to the information desk or entrance of the exhibition rooms.
※For seniors (70 and above) and university students or younger, admission to the collection exhibition is free. - To purchase discount tickets, please go directly to the information desk on the 1st floor.
- For groups of 20 people or more, discount admission fees are applied. Please apply in advance and purchase discount tickets at the information desk.
- Please use public transportations because of limited parking space at the museum. If the parking lot of this museum is full, please use other parking areas such as Kansui Park.
- Please note that the museum may be closed for maintenance or an exhibition change out.
- Opening hours and day of the museum may be changed depending on seasons and events.
- The Rooftop Garden may be closed due to inclement weather.
Delivery Method
On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
