③Disabled persons with any type of disability certificate and one accompanying person are free. Please go directly to the information desk or entrance of the exhibition rooms. - To purchase other discount tickets, please go directly to the information desk on the 1st floor.
- For groups of 20 people or more, discount admission fees are applied. Please apply in advance and purchase discount tickets at the information desk.
- Please use public transportation because of limited parking space at the museum. If the parking lot of this museum is full, please use other parking areas such as Kansui Park.
- Please note that the museum may be closed for maintenance or an exhibition change out.
- Opening hours and day of the museum may be changed depending on seasons and events.
- The Rooftop Garden may be closed due to inclement weather.
- Onomatopoeia Rooftop is closed from December 1 to March 15. It may be open depending on the situation. Please check the museum website.

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.
