Tickets cannot be canceled, changed to another type, reissued, or refunded after purchase.
All prices include tax.
Each ticket provides single-day admission for one person.
Admission is free for junior high school students and other youths age 0-15.
Persons with a disability certificate (including one caregiver) will receive half the price on the day (require proof). Please apply at the ticket counter on the second floor on the day of your visit (reservation is not required). Discounts for disability certificates are not available online.
Certification of eligibility for special rates must be presented before admission for all except regular adult rates.
General admission fee applies for this exhibition including those aged 65 and over who are Osaka city residents.
You may have to wait to enter the exhibition depending on the crowd.
The facility may be temporarily closed due to disasters, etc.
Ticket resale is prohibited.

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.
    If you have purchased multiple tickets in one order and attendees are visiting the venue separately, please forward the "Order Confirmation Email" to others in advance and present a unique QR code per person separately at the admission.
    Please note that a QR code that has been redeemed will no longer be displayed when you redisplay from the URL on the Order Confirmation Email, and only a QR code that is valid at that time will be displayed.

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.
