  • gMori Art Museum + Tokyo City View Annual Passporth Holders, MAMC Individual/Corporate Members, Premium Passport Members, along with those with complimentary tickets and/or discount tickets are required to book "Member Tickets/Others."

10 a.m. of every Monday, JST for admissions of the following Monday through Sunday, (e.g. for admissions from Monday, June 15 through Sunday, June 21, the ticket sales/booking starts at 10 a.m. on June 8).
* Purchase of tickets, if still available, can be made until the 15 minutes in, of a time slot.
* Ticket sales/booking of each time slot will end once a time slot fills up.

* Sky Deck may close without prior notice in case of inclement weather.
* No advance booking is required for Sky Deck admission. Purchase Sky Deck tickets at a 52F ticket machine on the day of your visit.

  • 300-yen gAdvanceh discount is applied only to the gAdulth admission, purchased by 23:59 JST on the evening before your visit. The discount canft be used in combination with other discounts.
  • No gAdvanceh discount off of gStudent,h gChild,h and gSeniorh admission.
  • All prices include tax.
  • Free admissions for infants (under age 4), and no booking is required.
  • For Students/Seniors: Please bring a valid form of ID.
  • Admission fee (Adult: 500 yen, et al.) to the Sky Deck is separate. No advance booking is required, and the purchase should be made on site.
  • The disabled along with one accompanied person each, will be free of admission upon presenting Disabled Personfs Handbook or an equivalent form of government-issued ID. No booking is required.
  • Annual Passport Holders, MAMC Individual/Corporate Members, Premium Passport Members, along with those with complimentary tickets and/or discount tickets, are also requested to book the visit in advance. Select "Member Tickets/Others" for booking. Note the booking is also required for every accompanying guest. Those with discount tickets are required to pay the difference at the ticket counter on the day of your visit. Be sure to bring and present your membership ID and/or complimentary/discount tickets at the counter on your visit, or admission will be declined.

Prior to booking/purchase, make sure that your email account setting allows the reception of e-mails from ge-tix.com.h
You may purchase/book for up to five (5) persons at a time.
A ticket with a QR code can be used by one person for one-time, only.
Non-changeable, non-refundable. Tickets cannot be reissued.
Be sure to check in during the booked time slot. Admission at any other time will not be allowed if you do not show up then.
Congestion is expected immediately after each time slot opens. Kindly note there may be a wait before admission.
No re-entry.
Those with transferred and/or resold tickets will be declined admission.
Mori Art Museum and Mori Arts Center Gallery are currently closed. Museum Cafe & Restaurant THE SUN & THE MOON, Museum Shops (excluding a few) are also closed.
If anyone turns out newly-infected with the new coronavirus is confirmed, such information will be promptly announced on the facility website.

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the ticket counter.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode before you enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.
  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received on your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out the ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Make sure that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black-and-white printing is sufficient.

  • You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
    Please review carefully your ticket selection and billing information entered before submitting your order.
