- The tickets sold on this site are timed-tickets for access to "Teshima Art Museum" during the period as follows.
- Online tickets are available to purchase up to 15 minutes before the time of your visit.
- Cancellation requests will be accepted until 1 hour before the reservation time.
- Up to 8 tickets can be purchased for any given timeslot. If visiting the museum in a group (9 or more people), please go to Group Visits.

- The tickets sold on this site are timed-tickets for access to "Teshima Art Museum".

Open Days Calendar - Admission

*Admission is free for children aged 15 and under, however child tickets required to enter museum. Please make a reservation through the online ticket.
- Up to 8 tickets can be purchased for any given timeslot. If visiting the museum in a group (9 or more people), please go to Group Visits.
- Online tickets need to be exchanged for admission tickets to the museum. Please visit the Teshima Art Museum Ticket Center on the day of your visit to proceed to the exchange.
- Online tickets are available to purchase up to 15 minutes before the time of your visit. Online ticket sale goes off once it reaches the inventory of online ticket sale.
- Admission tickets can also be purchased at the museum, if there is an available timeslot. In case of sold out or depending on how crowded it gets, you may not be able to enter on the desired timeslot as well.

Please note
- We will send an "order confirmation email" after purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
- The number of people allowed to enter the museum during each timeslot is limited.
- Method of payment: Credit cards only.
- For cancellations and refunds, please visit here.
- During peak seasons, you may not be able to board the public transportation connection of your choosing (ferry, high speed passenger boat, bus etc.). Please allow plenty of time when planning your visiting schedule.
- Even in the event of delays to public transportation, cancell, change or refunde request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted. *If the facility has to be closed due to adverse weather or museum circumstances, we will refund the amount paid.
- The museum may check visitor ID. Please show appropriate identification (passport, student ID) at reception when required.
- Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is prohibited.
Delivery Method
On the day of your visit, please show your barcode ticket by either method below at the Teshima Art Museum Ticket Center.
Upon receiving your admission ticket, you will be able to enter the museum.

- One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
- Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

- Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.

About cancel
If you wish to cancel due to your circumstances, please complete the cancellation form below.

- Caution
- Cancel request will be accepted until 1 hour before the reservation time. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.
- Please ensure you can receive emails from "ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com" "support@etix.com".
- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- Cancellation procedure
- (1) Enter the "email address" used when applying for the numbered ticket and "order number" on the cancellation form.
- (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
- (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.
Notice
- No changes can be made after placing an order.
Please carefully review your order details before proceeding. - If the "Buy Tickets" button is not displayed after the on-sale period start time, please refresh the page or clear your browser’s cache (temporary Internet file) and open the Online Tickets page again.
- Please complete your purchase within 15 minutes from displaying the Review Your Selection page. Please note that after 15 minutes your purchase will time-out and selected tickets will go back to inventory.
