About tickets
Please read before you purchase.
  • To enter the museum, ticket QR code is required. (Confirmation Code or Serial Number is not accepted.)
  • It is not a date-specific ticket. During the exhibition, you can use it on your desired schedule.
  • Visitors can re-enter the museum on the same day. Please ask at the entrance/exit door.
  • Students must show their student ID when entering the museum.
  • Students (elementary to high school) are admitted free on Saturdays.
  • The discount for the elderly and people with disabilities will be the same as the advance ticket price.
  • For the group entrance of 20 or more, please purchase at the museum ticket counter.
  • This ticket cannot be used in combination with other discounts.
  • Thematic Exhibition ticket includes same day admission to the "Gallery of Masterpieces Collection".

Cancellation, changes and refunds are not possible after you have made your purchase.

Delivery Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance counter.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.

  • Print At Home

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the barcode and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.
