Please present your smartphone screen with the ticket or a print-out at the entrance to be scanned. Entry will not be permitted without a ticket (re-entry is not permitted).
People who have difficulty purchasing online or who require group tickets or discounts tickets, purchase same-day tickets at the Setagaya Art Museum ticket counter. At busy times, you may be asked to wait in line to enter.
Personal information (name, telephone number, etc.), which is provided by the visitor when making a reservation, is used solely for reservation purposes.
However, personal information may be presented to a third party in the following cases:
1. In connection with a legal investigation
2. When requested by a public institution (health care center, etc.) with a valid reason
●Important Ticket Information
Tickets will not be reissued.
Each ticket is valid for one person for one entry only. Re-entry is not permitted.
High school students, university students, vocational school students, individuals aged 65 or older, and holders of various disability certificates must present valid proof.
Resale of tickets for this exhibition is strictly prohibited. Please note we assume no responsibility for any issues arising from tickets obtained fraudulently.
Ticket sales procedures may be subject to change depending on availability and other factors.
●Entering the Museum
For infection prevention, please sanitize your hands before entering the building. You may not be able to keep sufficient distance in the building, so please be considerate of other visitors.
The exhibition period and programs may be subject to sudden change or cancellation. Please confirm the latest information in advance.
Please note that you may be asked to wait when the museum is crowded.
It is strictly prohibited to bring food/drink, hazardous materials, umbrellas, or similar items deemed dangerous by the organizer into the exhibition rooms.
Large-sized items cannot be brought into the exhibition rooms.
Please do not touch the exhibits or display cases.
No writing implements other than pencils may be brought into the exhibition rooms. If you require a pencil, please ask the museum staff.
Photography is permitted inside the exhibition rooms except for some artworks. However, rules such as no flash and no tripods apply. Additionally, refrain from taking photographs in unauthorized areas.
Please note that if you do not comply with the rules or instructions, or if you do not follow staff instructions or warnings regardless of the above notice, you may not be allowed to stay in the exhibition rooms or you will be asked to leave. We will not be responsible for any accidents or damages arising from such failure.
The organizers, the venue, and participants are not responsible for any accidents or theft occurring inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables secure at all times.
The temperature, humidity, and lighting levels in the exhibition rooms are controlled to protect the artworks.
The merchandises available at the special shop at the venue may vary depending on the time of your visit.
There will be media coverage to report this exhibition during the exhibition period. Photographs and recordings taken at the venue may be published or broadcast by the media outlets including posts on social media platforms.

    Present ticket QR code on smartphone screen or print out the ticket and present on the day of visit. Ticket QR code will be delivered at confirmation page and thank you mail.
    If you use the smartphone screen display, please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.
    If you print the ticket, please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Make sure that the entire ticket, such as the event name and ticket type, is printed correctly.
    Please present the QR code for the number of visitors. One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.

  • Pickup at Seven Eleven Store in Japan

    Exclusive limited-edition Tote Bag with Admission Ticket cannot be selectd.
    Procedure:
    (1)You will receive "Online Ticket Pick Up Voucher" after purchase.
    (2)Print the voucher out or note Voucher Number and bring it to Seven Eleven Store.
    (3)Ask cash register for issue ticket(s). After the payment of the Handling Fee your ticket(s) will be issued.
    Pay at Outlet (Seven Eleven Store in Japan): Until January 27, 2026.
