About Ticket
- If you purchased your ticket through other ticketing services, please apply for “Date & Time Reservation” Only.
- This ticket cannot be used for admission on weekdays until April 10. Please note that we do not offer any compensation or adjustments at the venue.
- A “high school student” refers to someone currently enrolled in high school, or someone under 18 years old until the following March 31 after turning 18.
- Those eligible for Free Admission for High School Students and Younger in Fukushima Prefecture include residents of Fukushima Prefecture, students attending school in Fukushima Prefecture, and evacuees from outside the prefecture (proof required) who are high school students or younger, or under 18 years old.
- “Individuals with disabilities” refers to those who possess a Physical Disability Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, or Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate.
- This ticket also grants access to the Permanent Exhibition at the Fukushima Prefectural Museum of Art.

Early Bird Ticket, Advance Ticket (Weekdays Until April 10) [No Date & Time Reservation Required], Ticket with Limited Fukushima Exhibition Goods cannot be canceled or changed once the reservation process is completed.

- Cancel request will be accepted until 23:59 the day before the visit. Cancel request after the acceptance period cannot be accepted.

- There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is applicable on each order level. If you order multiple tickets with one order, all tickets will be cancelled.
- Please note that cancelling the cancel request is not possible.
- If you cancel paid admission ticket, the ticket fees will be refunded through your credit card.

- (2) "Self-Service refund confirmation" email will be sent. *The cancellation procedure has not been completed yet.
- (3) Open the URL delivered in the "Self-Service refund confirmation".
- (4) The order details to cancel will be displayed.
- (5) After confirming the details of the order, submit cancel.
- (6) Confirmation page will be displayed, the cancellation procedure is complete. "Cancel Confirmation" email will be sent.
