Tickets are available online starting every Monday at 12:00(noon) for next week from the following Monday through Sunday.

Closed

Mondays (If a national holiday falls on a Monday the museum will be open, and Tuesday will be closed instead.)
*Dates and hours are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Timed-entry Schedule
(Includes travel time to exhibition space. Ticket valid for one timed-entry slot.)

Each time slot:
Weekday - 90 min (Weekday exclusive schedule)
Weekend and Holidays - 60 min
Check-in: Begins 15 min before the start of each timed-entry slot

About tickets
We will send an "order confirmation email" after purchase. Please ensure you can receive emails from etix.com.
This ticket is valid for 1 person, one-time entry to this exhibition.
Preschool children are free of charge (reservations are required)
Students must present their student ID card or other proof of age when entering.
If you have a Disabled Person’s Booklet or an equivalent form of government-issued ID, please present it when entering.
Refund is only possible if you are in a poor physical condition. Please note that we cannot give refunds for other reasons.
About the Architectural Model Storage Visit ticket
The Architectural Model Storage can only be accessed with an authorized museum staff.
Visitors may enter upon late arrival, but their visit time will not be extended. Please arrive and check in at the front desk before the starting time.
Visitors may leave at any time during their visit, but re-entry is not allowed.
There are no restrooms inside the Architectural Model Storage exhibition space. Please use the restrooms on the premises (inquire the museum staff for location) before the starting time.
Please note there are some aisles that may be difficult to access in a wheelchair.


Precautions – Be sure to
take note of the following

Museum Rules
Do not touch the architectural models, the display cases, or shelves.
Do not bring any food/beverages into the exhibition space. (Including candy and gum)
Photography and videography are prohibited.
The use of objects that produce light or sounds is prohibited.
Do not bring backpacks and/or other large luggage inside of the exhibition space. Visitors are encouraged to use lockers to store their belongings. (Please keep your valuables with you.)
The museum staff have the right to ask visitors to leave the premises if they are being disruptive to others.
Request when visiting the museum
There will be a certain space between the reception and the visitors while lining up. Please keep distance with other visitors while viewing and moving in the museum and exhibition rooms.
Please cooperate with coughing and sneezing etiquette, wearing masks and washing hands. Visitors who do not wear masks will not be able to enter.
We will take your temperature with a thermal camera.
*If you have a fever over 37.5 degrees, you and your companion may be asked to refrain from entering the museum.
Those who fall under the following categories should refrain from visiting.
(1) If you or someone close to you has visited a country or region where the COVID-19 has continued to spread within the past two weeks.
(2) If you have a fever over 37.5°C, cough, sore throat, etc. (in addition to fever, cough, dyspnea, general malaise, sore throat, nasal discharge/nasal mucus, taste/olfaction disorder, eye pain and conjunctival congestion, headache, joint/muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea/vomit).
There is no bicycle parking lot or a parking lot at the museum. Please use public transportation or a nearby bicycle parking lot or a parking lot.
 

Delivery Method

On the day of your visit, please show your barcode ticket by either method below at the entrance.
Upon receiving your admission ticket, you will be able to enter the museum.

    Show ticket QR code on confirmation page after purchase or use the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One QR code will be displayed per person for each ticket.
    Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.
  • Print At Home

    No Service Fee

    Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
    One ticket will be issued per person.
    Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
    Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
    Black and white printing is sufficient.

  • You cannot cancel after you have made your purchase.
    Please review carefully your ticket selection and billing information entered before submitting your order.
