- When entering the exhibition with a student ticket, please show a valid student ID card.
- Group rates are for 15 people or more.
- Persons with a disability certificate (including one caregiver) will receive half the price on the day (require proof). Discounts for disability certificates are not available online.
- The museum does not have parking facilities. Visitors are encouraged to use public transportation.
- One ticket is valid for only one visit by one guest during the exhibition period.
- Ticket resale is prohibited.
- Ticket cannot be canceled or changed once the reservation process is completed.

Delivery Method
On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A museum staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

- One ticket will be issued per person.
- Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
- Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
- Black and white printing is sufficient.
