Refunds for canceled matches due to the CS 1st stage winner decision

  Please note that refunds apply only to ticket prices and system usage fees (excluding handling fees when using Seven-Eleven tickets).

  Refund procedures differ depending on the payment method used for purchase.
  
  Customers who paid by credit card
  * No customer procedures are required.
  * Refunds will be made through the credit card company used to purchase the ticket.
  * We will contact you by e-mail after completing the refund request to the credit card company.
  * Depending on the process schedule of the credit card company, the charge itself may be canceled or the charge may be refunded after the ticket price is withdrawn in separate months.
  * Please check the billing statement for refund status. The name of the store will be shown as “GIANTS ONLINE TICKET”.
  
  Customers who paid at Seven-Eleven stores
  * Customer procedures are required.
  * Please complete the refund procedure at the Seven-Eleven store that was used for making payment within the refund acceptance period below. Please check the store name at the bottom of the ticket.

  * Please present the ticket at the store cash register. The ticket price will be refunded in exchange for the ticket.
