– Please reserve one slot per person experiencing the program.
(A parent or guardian must be present. Reservations are not required for those with a guardian watching over them)

Prevention of Infection
To ensure that our guests can visit our facilities with peace of mind, we are implementing measures to maintain a sanitary environment.
We ask for your cooperation in disinfecting with alcohol, ensuring adequate spacing, and wearing masks.
Admission restrictions may be imposed for each exhibition facility.

Watching over the children by their parents
While our facility staff will be carefully supervising the children, scissors and other tools may be used during arts and crafts. Please make sure to have parent or guardian supervision to prevent injuries or accidents.

Taking Pictures in the Museum
As a general rule, photography is allowed as long as it is for personal use; however, we ask that you do not cause inconvenience to other visitors or infringe on the rights of other right holders.
In addition, staff may take photographs of the facility for use in news reports, advertisements, promotions, and sales products. In this case, you may be the subject of the photographing. Please be aware of this in advance.

Rights of Works by Visitors
Rights, including intellectual property rights, to works created by visitors at event shall be retained by the visitors and may be used freely. However, you shall consent to use by Panasonic and Loftwork, the operators of event in the following cases:

・When Panasonic or Loftwork use the information for the purpose of operating event facilities.

・When Panasonic or Loftwork use the information for the purpose of advertising and promotion of the event.

・Other uses as agreed upon after individual consultation with visitors.

Ticket Presentation Method

On the day of visit, please show your ticket by either of the following ways at the entrance.
A staff will be scanning your ticket barcode then you can enter the museum.

Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.

Please confirm that the QR code and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.

Black and white printing is sufficient.
