If you have a passport voucher purchased at the Online Ticket Sites, you must redeem it before use.
You can redeem your vouchers at the information center located at the port and other places. Please check the redeem locations before coming to the event. *Redeems cannot be made at locations other than the Triennale Information Centers, such as the Chichu Art Museum, Naoshima New Museum of Art, Teshima Art Museum, or Inujima Ticket Center. *Click here for the list of places where you can redeem.
When redeeming, you can choose “Passport by paper” or “Digital Passport Download Ticket” which can be used on the official app.
Youth (16-18): 2,500 yen (Only available at the venue on the day)
15 and under: Free (excluding some museums and artworks)
A Triennale Passport provides one-visit admission to each art site in the 2025 Seotuchi Triennale while it is in session.
The passport can only be used by one individual.
Artworks and Museums not Included
Some artworks and museums, such as the Chichu Art Museum and the Teshima Art Museum, require a separate admission fee.
Please note that when crowded, you may have to wait to see some artworks and admissions may be restricted.
Artworks may be closed at times due to maintenance, etc.
Additional Points
Once purchased, there will be no refund or reissuing of the passport.
Due to extreme weather events or natural disasters, it may be necessary to change or significantly reduce the Triennale schedule, venues, number of visitors or time slots. Again, passports will not be refunded.
Individual or group reservations for artworks cannot be made with the Triennale passport.
We bear no responsibility for loss or theft of any Triennale passport.
Resale for profit is prohibited under any circumstances.
If the Triennale passport is used inappropriately, it will be deemed invalid and its use may be suspended.
If a visitor fails to follow the instructions or warnings of Triennale staff, we may suspend passport use or take other measures.

Delivery Method
On the day of visit, please show your voucher by either of the following ways at the entrance counter.
Show Ticket on Smartphone
Show ticket barcode on confirmation page after purchase or use the link received in your order confirmation email.
One barcode will be displayed per person for each ticket.
Please ensure your phone has enough battery on the day of visit.
Print At Home
Print out ticket on confirmation page after purchase or print out later from the link received in your order confirmation email.
One ticket will be issued per person.
Print out ticket on A4 or Letter size paper.
Please confirm that the barcode and serial number are printed clearly on your ticket.
Black and white printing is sufficient.
